Well, l can already feel the energy of this new Moon kicking in. There
were lots of things l wanted to say, although life came along and happened
while l was busy making other plans.
One of my closest friends is in hospital
very ill at the moment, so my life has been feeling in crisis. While
l was on my way home tonight l had lots of thoughts going round and
round in my head, then the Sun came out and l connected with nature
and how wonderful the hedgerows looked. I love the blossom
of the blackthorn. The next minute, l’m in a full-on snow blizzard
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does this reflect how we are feeling? Pluto
is conjunct my Moon and life feels like a roller coaster.
I hope you all managed to view the lunar eclipse. What an amazing
experience.
This new Moon is a solar eclipse, so the Moon comes in between the
Sun and the Earth reflecting a very powerful time and if that’s not
enough, Pluto is in the pot too. The chart has Capricorn rising, the
Sun and Moon are conjunct in Pisces in the 2nd, exactly square by Pluto
in Sagittarius in the 12th showing a lot of Neptune and 12th house
energy. The 2nd house indicates what we value and reflects our vested
interests; the exact square to Pluto shows lots of hidden agendas.
Are we trying to escape what is really going on and who benefits by
the confusing information that is being given out?
The emotional body (Moon) is blocking out the conscious will. The
Saturn Neptune opposition is still very strong with Mars coming into
the equation conjuncting Neptune and opposing Saturn. Jupiter is sextile
Neptune and trine Saturn. Neptune is the ruler of the Sun/Moon and
Saturn rules the ascendant, showing the dilemma of the rational versus
the ephemeral echoing the energy of the solar eclipse.
The self is hidden, giving the feeling of a loneliness of spirit.
So, in times like these, where do we turn? The chart shows a need to
be connected with our spiritual values and to love all of humanity
(Pisces/Aquarius 2nd house rulers). The Capricorn ascendant asks us
to take self-responsibility, connecting us to our own inner authority,
which ultimately gives us freedom. Pluto is conjunct the ascendant
exposing manipulation and abuse of power, giving us the ability to
reclaim and transform.
