Delivery and Postal charges

We use a system that calculates the postage according to weight so as to charge more accurately.  A guide to postage costs can be found below. However, the correct postage will be calculated when you get to the check out. We use the Royal Mail 1st class service and a number of different couriers depending on the weight of your order.  For UK orders the maximum postage is £6.

For UK orders: if your order has not arrived within one week, then please contact us.

For International orders: if your order has not arrived within three weeks, then please contact us. Occasionally, it can take up to four weeks for an order to arrive.

Payment methods
There are three payment methods:
• Paypal - through the website, there is no need to sign up to Paypal in order to pay with a card.
• Phone - 01747 826028 - to pay by card
• Cheque - see alternative payment methods

RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to return any item to us if you are not fully satisfied.

All returns, other than damaged, warranty or shipments by our error, will be subject to a 15% administration fee.
All returns shall be less administration fee and original shipping charges. Customer must pay return shipping.

Refused shipments or bad address returns shall incur the shipping fees.

If we are given the incorrect address and we do not receive the item back then we do not give a refund or replacement.

All returns must be back to us within 15 business days from the date of shipment and must be in original packing and in unused condition.
