• We send out all orders by 1st Class Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• For UK orders that reach our maximum of £9 postal cost (excluding mugs), we will send via a courier.
• If you have not received your order within 7 days, please give us an email....

We use a system that calculates the postage according to weight so as to charge more accurately. We have given postage prices below but if you buy a selection of products then the postage is further reduced. The correct postage will be calculated when you get to the check out.

• There are two payment methods:
Paypal - through the website, no need to sign up to Paypal in order to pay with a card.
Cheque - see alternative payment methods

*Please note that we have had problems with orders arriving safely in Canada when sent from the USA.
Because of this, all our orders are now sent on Global Priority Mail to Canada which makes it a little more expensive but seems to be more reliable.

RETURNS POLICY
All returns, other than damaged, warranty or shipments by our error, will be subject to a 15% administration fee. All returns shall be less administration fee and original shipping charges. Customer must pay return shipping.

Refused shipments or bad address returns shall incur the shipping fees.

All returns must be back to us within 15 business days from the date of shipment and must be in original packing and in unused condition.
