Order are sent Tracked 48 or 1st class. If your order has not arrived within 1 week, please contact us. If you’d like a faster service, please email us and we can organise payment for Special Delivery which costs an extra £5.
We send our international orders tracked and will email you the tracking details when your order is sent. Generally, your order should arrive within 5 – 10 working days. However, depending on circumstances beyond our control, orders can take 3 – 6 weeks. If your order has not arrived within this period of time, please email us.

Unfortunately, due to Brexit and new EU tax laws, we can no longer sell to our European customers directly through our website. However, we can sell via our Etsy shop as they calculate and submit the correct tax.

We use Paypal and Stripe so you can feel confident in making an online payment. They are both known worldwide for their secure and easy payment process. Payments over the phone are processed by Stripe.
A full refund is available on any items purchased from Astrocal if you are not fully satisfied. Please note that we do not refund postage costs unless there is a fault with the product.
If you wish to return or exchange an item:
If we are given the incorrect address and we do not receive the item back then we do not give a refund or replacement.
If your order is damaged in transit – contact us within seven working days of receipt. We will ask you to return the items at our own cost and will provide a replacement.
The customer has a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period from the day they receive their goods, in which you should notify us that you wish to cancel the order. A full refund will be given.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a ‘change of heart’ then the return delivery costs will be bourn by you the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by Astrocal.
